Parfaits
are a great option for breakfast, especially if you don't have time in the
morning. I premake mine for the whole week ahead and thus ensure a successful start to the day.
Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Quinoa
- Greek yogurt
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- Containers (I used some old jam jars)
Fist I cook the quinoa (2 parts of water
on 1 part of quinoa). Don't forget to rinse the quinoa before cooking it. Put the quinoa in boiling water and let it cook for about
15 minutes. Usually you also add salt, but I don't. After the quinoa is cooked
let it cool down. After the quinoa is cooled down prepare
the rest of the ingredients.
Wash the raspberries.
Wash the strawberries and chop them
up.
Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla
extract to the greek yogurt.
NOW THE FUN BEGINS: Putting the layers
together.

Zajtrk je najbolj pomemben obrok v dnevu. Zato vam danes ponujam okusen in zdrav parfait, ki ga lahko pripravite za cel teden v naprej in si tako zagotovite uspeÅ”en zaÄetek dneva.
Sestavine:
- Kvinoja
- GrŔki jogurt (lahko uporabite tudi navadni jogurt)
- Vaniljeva esenca
- Cimet
- Jagode
- Maline ( lahko si izberete katerokoli drugo sadje)
- Posodice (jaz sem uporabila kar prazne posodice od marmelad)
Najprej skuhajte kvinojo (razmerje kvinoja :voda = 1:2). Ne pozabite pred kuhanjem oprati kvinoje. Kvinoja naj se kuha približno 15 minut na zmernem ognju in je ne solite. Ko je skuhana jo pustite, da se ohladi.
Sledi priprava ostalih sestavin. Operite izbrano sadje in ga narežite na koÅ”Äke. V grÅ”ki jogurt vmeÅ”ajte cimet in vaniljevo esenco.
