SMOOTHIELICIOUS #10: Ice Cream for Breakfast/ Sladoledni zajtrk

ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST?! AND IT'S HEALTHY?!
YES! You read that right!
Also known as nice cream in the health and fitness world.
It's super delicious, nutritious and quick to make.



SLADOLED ZA ZAJTRK?! PA ŠE ZDRAV JE!?
DA! Pravilno ste prebrali.
Je izredno okusen, hranljiv in hitro se ga pripravi.


Ingredients:
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas (give a better taste)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of agave nectar
  • 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Dark chocolate chip (to sprinkle)

Preparation:
  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the dark chocolate chips) in to a blender or food procesor and blend until smooth.
  2.  Transfer in too a bowl and sprinkle dark chocolate chips.

Sestavine:
  • 2 zmrznjene zelo zrele banane (dajo boljši okus)
  • 125 ml kokosovega mleka
  • 1 jedilna žlica arašidovega masla
  • 1 čajna žlička agavinega sirupa
  • 1 čajna žlička nesladkanega kakava
  • Koščki temne čokolade (za posip)

Priprava:
  1. Dajte vse sestavine (razen temne čokolade) v blender ali multi praktik in dobro premešajte.
  2. ˝Sladoled˝prestavite v skledo in posujte s temno čokolado.
